My husband and I are first time home-buyers and we were very pleased with Bryan as our home inspector. He called me the day before the inspection to confirm and asked me if there were any issues we wanted him to pay special attention to in reference to our seller's disclosure statement. He was there before I arrived at the property at our scheduled meeting time. He explained what he was doing along the way, discussed in detail any findings and recommendations to solutions for them. He sent a follow-up email and asked us if we had any questions about the inspection after we had a chance to review the report. We would highly recommend him and would choose to use his company again if the need arose.
